Irrigation Systems
If you're putting in a new lawn, replacing an old system that's beyond repair, or building out a yard that's never had irrigation — a properly designed sprinkler system is the single most important investment you'll make in your landscape.

Irrigation Systems
We design and install complete sprinkler systems from scratch — trenching, pipe layout, head placement, valve installation, backflow prevention, and controller programming. Every system is custom-designed for your property based on an actual site survey, not a generic layout pulled from a catalog. We measure your lawn dimensions, test your water pressure, calculate flow rates, and design zones that group similar areas together so each section gets exactly the right amount of water. Head placement follows the head-to-head coverage principle — every sprinkler sprays far enough to reach its neighboring head, ensuring even distribution with no dry gaps. We use matched precipitation rate nozzles so water applies uniformly whether a head is spraying a quarter circle in a corner or a full circle in the middle of the lawn. We install pop-up rotary heads for larger turf areas and fixed-spray heads for narrow strips and tight spaces. Every system includes a smart controller with seasonal adjust capability, rain sensor to prevent watering during storms, and a backflow preventer to protect your home's water supply. We test every zone before final backfill, walk you through your controller settings, and provide a system map showing head locations and zone layout.
